Seed Starting Workshop

Think you need a green thumb to start a garden? Sow what! Urban Roots Collective is here to show you that growing your own food is easier than you think. In this hands-on, one hour workshop, you’ll learn the essentials of seed starting—from choosing the right seeds to nurturing strong, healthy plants. Whether you’re dreaming of fresh veggies, vibrant flowers, or a full-fledged backyard garden, we’ll give you the tools (and the dirt) to get started. Come get your hands dirty, plant with purpose, and let’s  grow something amazing—together.

DETAILS:​

  • 3/29 from 10am-11am

  • 181 Barefoot Acres Way

  • Take home a full tray of your workshop-sown seeds

  • Seeds, soil, and trays provided​​

WHAT TO BRING IF YOU LIKE:

  • Gloves

  • Small gardening tool such as a small trowel
